Abundant ingredients include Braised dried oyster, sea moss, fish maw; Stewed goose web, Chinese mushroom, mixed herb, oyster sauce; Braised pork belly, abalone, soy sauce, oyster sauce; Braised sea cucumber, leek, soy sauce and many more. Guests can upgrade the ingredients to selected premium food items such as Japanese Hokkaido sea cucumber and South African abalone at special prices. Priced from MOP 1,688* for four persons.
Beijing Kitchen also offers two Lunar New Year set menus to share the joy and happiness. Signature dishes bring out the festive tradition such as Traditional Beijing style duck from the wood-fired oven with classic condiments; Honey glazed tiger prawn, chili, ginger; and Crispy Mandarin fish, sweet and sour sauce.
