Experience Authentic Spanish Flavours with UNO MAS’s New Weekday Set Lunch

UNO MAS, the award-winning Spanish restaurant at Centara Grand at CentralWorld, presents its new Weekday Set Lunch Menus, bringing the authentic flavours of Spain to Bangkok. These rotating menus offer a three-course experience, showcasing Spain’s rich gastronomy.

With two rotating menus that alternate every two weeks, the MENÚ DEL DÍA keeps each visit fresh and exciting. Previously priced at THB 999++, the set lunch is now available for THB 690++, including water or a soft drink, with the option to add a beer “caña”, sangria, or a glass of Spanish white or red wine for an additional THB 100++.

Menu One features a selection of Spanish classics, beginning with five choices for starters – Galician tuna with tomato and capsicum puff pastry, Red Snapper Terrine, Scrambled Organic Egg with Confit Leeks and Prawns, Breaded Golden Potato deliciously stewed in garlic and white wine sauce or a Layered Seasonal Vegetable Dish with tomato sauce and fresh herbs.

For the main course, guests can choose from Paprika-Cured Deep-Fried Pork Belly with mashed potatoes, Ibérico Pork, Wagyu Beef Meatballs, Pan-Seared Salmon with orange sauce and endives, Zamora-Style Creamy Bomba Rice enriched with Ibérico pork chorizo, and the vegetarian Josper-Grilled Green Asparagus with lemon, mayonnaise, and crispy onions. The meal concludes on a sweet note with either Catalan cream or a fresh fruit platter, followed by coffee or tea.

Meanwhile, Menu Two also offers a choice of starters such as Crispy Fried Basque Sausage with Arbequina olive oil and fried egg, hearty Chickpea Soup with Ham Stock, Segovian Chorizo and Pulled Beef, Seared White Tuna in Sherry Escabeche, a classic Spanish Omelette with tomatoes and onions, or Mushroom Croquettes.

The main courses continue the feast with a choice of Pan-Seared Chicken Thigh in a fragrant pink garlic sauce with fresh herbs, Baked Piquillo Peppers Stuffed with Prawns, a succulent Plumilla Pork Burger in a brioche bun, Slow-Braised Ibérico Pork Cheek with silky mashed potatoes, and a comforting vegetarian option of Creamy Bomba Rice with Garden Vegetables. For dessert, indulge in the traditional almond-rich Tarta de Santiago or Fresh Strawberries with whipped cream, followed by coffee or tea.
